Information on Online Application for Exceeding Course Load
1. |
Please note clause 5.1 & 5.3 of the General Regulations Governing Full-time Undergraduate Studies before submission of the application. |
|
2. |
Please state the special reason(s) for exceeding course load and upload detailed study plan and an unofficial transcript (if applicable) for consideration of your Major Programme on the application. |
|
3. |
The application for exceeding course load CANNOT be cancelled once submitted in the system. |
|
4. |
Students may re-submit application in the system after the application process of their earlier application is COMPLETED (i.e. Approved or Rejected). If a student is rejected by the Major Programme/Registrar in his/her application for exceeding course load, s/he may submit with other reasons for consideration of Major Programme/Registrar again. However, in order NOT to have repeated applications from students, each student is limited to have a MAXIMUM of 3 applications in a term/Summer Session in this System (including the first application). Students should approach the Major Programme if there are other special reasons for appeal or further changes after submission of 3 applications in this System. |
