1.	My friend received the V-Code (Verification Code) but I haven’t. What should I do?

	You will receive the 6-digit V-Code via e-mail and/or SMS. SMS will only be sent to you if you have provided your Hong Kong local mobile phone number. New students on the same programme may not receive the V-Code at the same time. If you do not receive the V-Code by the specified date, please contact the concerned office (http://cai.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/userguide/#contact) for assistance.

2.	How can I know that I have completed the online student registration?

	After completing all input and upload of required documents, remember to read the important information and check the two boxes under the tab “declaration” and click the “submit” button to confirm your registration. A pop-up message as follows will appear:
	“You have completed the online student registration.”
	An e-mail will also be sent to your campus e-mail to notify you of the completion of the online student registration.

3.	I don’t know how to upload the photo and HKID card copy. What steps should I follow?

	Please refer to the “System Walkthrough for Online Student Registration” for details.

4.	I have wrongly entered the address and my mobile number during my student registration. How can I correct the records?

	You may make amendments under CUSIS at “Personal Information”. Please refer to “CUSIS System Functions” and click “View My Academics and Manage Personal Information” for demo.

5.	How do I fill in the visa/permit and landing slip information and upload the e-copy of documents to complete “New Student Registration”?

	You may refer to the sample for more information about filling in the information and “System Walkthrough for Online Student Registration” for uploading the related documents.
