My friend received the V-Code (Verification Code) but I haven’t. What should I do? |

You will receive the 6-digit V-Code via e-mail and/or SMS. SMS will only be sent to you if you have provided your Hong Kong local mobile phone number. New students on the same programme may not receive the V-Code at the same time. If you do not receive the V-Code by the specified date, please contact the concerned office (http://cai.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/userguide/#contact) for assistance. |

How can I know that I have completed the online student registration? |
|

|
After completing all input and upload of required documents, remember to read the important information and check the two boxes under the tab “declaration” and click the “submit” button to confirm your registration. A pop-up message as follows will appear: |
|
“You have completed the online student registration.” |
|
An e-mail will also be sent to your campus e-mail to notify you of the completion of the online student registration. |

I don’t know how to upload the photo and HKID card copy. What steps should I follow? |
