Re: e-Certification System of CUHK
Dear Graduates of 2022-23,
The University is pleased to announce the launch of the e-Certification System which provides a platform for graduates of 2022-23 and thereafter to share an authentic electronic copy of their award certificate (e-Certificate) with third parties on their own and at their discretion. Sharing the e-Certificate via the System will save graduates’ time for sending the verified hard copies of their award certificates to third parties as the verification is done at the CUHK e-Certification System electronically and instantly. In recent years, increasing number of companies, agencies for employment and education institutions also accept electronic verification of qualifications at trusted systems provided by universities and other related electronic platforms.
The e-Certification System will be ready for use by graduates of 2022-23 with effect from 23 November 2023. Graduates who wish to use the System may browse detailed information at this website of the University https://e-certinfo.cuhk.edu.hk/. For better protection of personal data, graduates are required to log into MyCUHK with their This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as login ID and alumni password (MyCUHK password). A one-time passcode will be generated and sent to the alumni’s email address before the e-Certificates can be shared to third parties. When sharing the e-Certificate, the graduate may also add a remark for reference of the intended recipient(s), and set an expiry date for the recipient(s) access to the e-Certificate.
If there are any further questions about the System, please browse the FAQ (https://www.e-certinfo.cuhk.edu.hk/faq ) or send your enquiry using this e-Form (https://www.e-certinfo.cuhk.edu.hk/enquiry ).
Thank you.
