Full-time Undergraduate Programmes Graduation Results, 2nd term 2024-25

Graduation results release dates and the degree conferment dates for 2nd term 2024-25 of full-time undergraduate programmes are as follows:

(1) 

Students who do NOT have conditions as listed in (2) below may enquire their graduation results on the website of the Registration and Examinations Section (RES) from 16 July 2025. A “Letter of Certification” and a “Transcript of Academic Record” will be sent to graduates by mail to their HOME address recorded in CUSIS from 25 July 2025. The degree conferment date for this batch of graduates will be 31 July 2025.

(2) 

For students who are now taking courses in the Summer Session and/or with pending grades/documents/records, their graduation results will be released in mid-August 2025 or at a later date (depending on the fulfilment of conditions for graduation). Their degree conferment date will be 15 October 2025.
