System will be open for applications for exceeding term course load in 1st term 2025-26 according to the following schedule. Late applications will NOT be considered.
For Current Students: 21-31 July 2025 : for updating term course load for course registration period starting from 11 August 2025 28 August - 1 September
2025: for updating term course load for course add/drop period starting from 8 September 2025 For New Students 18-20 August 2025 : for updating term course load for course registration on 27 August 2025 28 August - 1 September
2025: for updating term course load for course add/drop period starting from 8 September 2025 - System Login
System will be open for applications for exceeding term course load in 2nd term 2025-26 according to the following schedule. Late application will NOT be accepted.
20-28 October 2025 : for updating term course load for course registration period starting from 10 November 2025 22-30 December 2025 : for updating term course load for course add/drop period starting from 12 January 2026 - System Login

20 March - 28 March 2025 : for updating YEAR course load for the course registration period 7 - 9 April 2025 24 April - 2 May 2025 : for updating YEAR course load for course add/drop period starting from 12 May 2025
