Application Fees for Transcript, Letter of Certification, etc. from 1 August 2022

# The System has resumed now.

** If students would like to include 2nd term academic results on transcripts, please submit applications on 30 May 2024 or after. For applications submitted on or before 29 May 2024, "IP"(In-progress) will be shown for the course taken in 2nd term.

** For students graduating in 2nd term, the class of honours will be shown on their transcripts and letters of certification starting from 17 July 2024, except for some special cases whose results have not been finalized.

# Due to system update, application for e-copy / hardcopy Transcript under CUSIS will not be available during 4:00-5:30 p.m. this Wednesday (31 July 2024).  Please call 3943 9888 for urgent enquiries.

# Due to system maintenance of MyCUHK and CUSIS, applications under CUSIS will be SUSPENDED from 21 April (Friday) 12:01 a.m. HKT to 25 April 2023 (Tuesday) 8:00 a.m. HKT. Students or graduates of the Undergraduate Programmes are advised to submit applications (e.g. transcript, letter of certification, etc.) on or before 19 April 2023 if they need such documents urgently.

(Applicants should check the application progress using the function “Enquire Application Progress” below, or for transcript (both e-Copy/hardcopy) and letter of certification (both e-Copy/hardcopy), check “View Application Status” in “e-Copy/Hardcopy Transcript Application” function and “e-Copy/Hardcopy Letter of Certification Application” function respectively under MyCUHK.  Individual enquiry on application progress will not be entertained due to plenty of applications.  Please refer to FAQ first before sending other enquiries.)
