Graduation Results of Undergraduate Programmes
(for students graduating in 2nd term 2017-18)

Graduating students may enquire their graduation results after 9:00 a.m. on 31 July 2018 (Tuesday) at the Registration and Examinations Section Homepage.

A “Letter of Certification” and a “Transcript of Academic Record (Student Copy)” will be sent by mail to graduands’ home address from 3 August 2018 onwards. However, students with conditions listed below will receive the documents only after their graduation results are finalized:

who is taking summer course(s) of the University;
who is on exchange in the current or previous term(s), but has not yet presented valid official transcript for confirmation of study; or
with demerit record under review.

Graduating students may enquire their graduation results after 9:00 a.m. on 30 July 2020 at the Registration and Examinations Section Homepage.

A "Letter of Certification" and a "Transcript of Academic Record (Student Copy)" will be sent by mail to graduands' home address from 6 August 2020 onwards. However, students with conditions listed below will receive the documents only after their graduation results are finalized:

who is taking summer course(s) of the University;
who is on exchange in the current or previous term(s), but has not yet presented valid official transcript(s) for confirmation of study; or
with demerit record under review.

Graduating students may enquire their graduation results on 8 March 2021 (Monday) at the Registration and Examinations Section Homepage.

A "Letter of Certification" and a "Transcript of Academic Record (Student Copy)" will be sent by mail to graduands' home address from 10 March 2021 onwards. However, students with conditions listed below will receive the documents only after their graduation results are finalized:

who is on exchange in the current or previous term(s), but has not yet presented valid official transcript for confirmation of study; or
with demerit record under review.

Full-time Undergraduate Programmes
Release of Graduation Results, 1st term 2024-25

The dates of release of graduation results and degree conferment for 1st term 2024-25 of full-time undergraduate programmes are as follows:
(1)	Students except those listed under (2) below may enquire their graduation results on the homepage of the Registration and Examinations Section (RES) starting 11 March 2025. A “Letter of Certification” and a “Transcript of Academic Record” will be sent to graduates by mail to their HOME address recorded in CUSIS from 14 March 2025. The degree conferment date for this batch of graduates will be on 31 March 2025.
(2)	For students with pending grades/documents/records (e.g. outstanding course grades, official transcripts for course and unit exemption for outgoing exchange students, unresolved disciplinary action) at the time of graduation assessment, their degree conferment will be postponed to the next degree conferment date, i.e., 31 July 2025.
