 Graduation Results of Undergraduate Programmes

(for students graduating in 2nd term 2019-20)

Graduating students may enquire their graduation results after 9:00 a.m. on 30 July 2020 at the Registration and Examinations Section Homepage.

A "Letter of Certification" and a "Transcript of Academic Record (Student Copy)" will be sent by mail to graduands' home address from 6 August 2020 onwards. However, students with conditions listed below will receive the documents only after their graduation results are finalized:

• who is taking summer course(s) of the University;
• who is on exchange in the current or previous term(s), but has not yet presented valid official transcript(s) for confirmation of study; or 
• with demerit record under review.

 Graduation Results of Undergraduate Programmes

(for students graduating in 1st term 2020-21)

Graduating students may enquire their graduation results on 8 March 2021 (Monday) at the Registration and Examinations Section Homepage.

A "Letter of Certification" and a "Transcript of Academic Record (Student Copy)" will be sent by mail to graduands' home address from 10 March 2021 onwards. However, students with conditions listed below will receive the documents only after their graduation results are finalized:

• who is on exchange in the current or previous term(s), but has not yet presented valid official transcript for confirmation of study; or 
• with demerit record under review.

 Graduation Results of Undergraduate Programmes

(for students graduating in 2nd term 2021-22)

Graduating students may enquire their graduation results on 21 July 2022 on the homepage of Registration and Examinations Section. A “Letter of Certification” and a “Transcript of Academic Record (Student Copy)” will be sent by mail to graduands’ home address from 28 July 2022 onwards.

For students who are taking courses in the Summer Session and/or with pending grades/documents/records at the time of graduation assessment of 2nd term 2021-22, their degree honours classification result will be released around mid-August 2022 or at a later date (depending on the fulfilment of conditions for graduation).
