FINAL Reminder on Late Course Add/Drop and Suspension of Studies in 2^nd term 2023-24

Dear Students,

This email serves as the FINAL REMINDER on the above subject.  Urgent action is required by the specified deadline listed below if you wish to submit the application(s):

(a)

Late Course Add/Drop [application deadline: 23:59 on 13 April 2024]

After reviewing your course registration information, if you have genuine reasons that you need to late add / late drop any course(s), you MUST submit the application by the above specified deadline.  Late application will NOT be entertained.

(b)

Suspension of Studies for 2nd term 2023-24 (application deadline: 19 April 2024)

For students with any issues that affect their progress in this 2^nd term 2023-24 (e.g. health problems, mental health issues), they should apply for suspension of studies with this application form with their Major Programme on or before 19 April 2024 (i.e. the last Friday of this teaching term).  Late application will NOT be accepted.
