Graduation Results of 2nd term 2025-26
for Full-time Undergraduate Programmes
Details regarding the release of graduation results and degree conferment for 2nd term 2025-26 of full-time undergraduate programmes are as follows:
(1) Students who do NOT have conditions as listed in (2) below may enquire their graduation results on the website of the Registration and Examinations Section (RES) from 15 July 2026. A “Letter of Certification” and a “Transcript of Academic Record” will be sent to graduates by postal mail to their HOME address recorded in CUSIS starting from 24 July 2026. The degree conferment date for this batch of graduates will be 31 July 2026.
(2) For students who are now taking courses in the Summer Session and/or with pending grades/documents/records, their graduation results will be released in mid-August 2026 or at a later date, depending on the fulfilment of conditions for graduation. Their degree conferment date will be 15 October 2026.
