Reminder on Course Add/ Drop for University Summer Session 2022-23

Dear Students,

This is to remind you that CUSIS add/drop period for University Summer Session 2022-23 will end at 8:30 p.m. HKT on 21 May 2023 (this Sunday).  If you wish to add or drop classes with first teaching day that starts from 15 May to 20 May 2023 (except for those with add/drop consent), please perform course add/drop on CUSIS by the above specified deadline.  For courses with add/drop consent, please approach concerned departments for course add/drop by 19 May (this Friday).

For classes that start on or after 22 May 2023, students should refer to our email dated 11 May 2023 for add/drop procedures.  Students who have enrolled summer courses in this Summer Session MUST check their course enrolment under CUSIS and make sure that the records are correct.  After the first teaching week, no course add/drop should be allowed unless there are special circumstances/reasons.

For students who have special circumstances/reasons need to submit late course add/drop, they MUST observe our information stated in this website and apply via CUSIS, where the System will close at 11:59 p.m. HKT on 30 June 2023 (the last teaching day of University Summer Session 2022-23).  NO application for late course add/drop will be entertained on or after 1 July 2023.  Students MUST observe this deadline closely.
