FINAL Reminder on Late Course Add/Drop and Suspension of Studies

Dear Students,

This email serves as the FINAL REMINDER on the above subject.  Urgent action is required if you wish to submit the application(s):

(a)

Late Course Add/Drop [revised deadline: 11:59 p.m. HKT on 20 April 2023 (next Thursday)]

After reviewing your course registration information, if you have genuine reasons that you need to late add / late drop any course(s), you MUST submit the application by the above specified deadline.  [Original deadline is revised due to system maintenance of CUSIS (refer to ITSC message).]  Late application will NOT be entertained.

(b)

Suspension of Studies for 2^nd term 2022-23 (application deadline: 21 April 2023)

For students with any issues that affect their progress in this 2nd term 2022-23 (e.g. health problems, mental health issues), please consider application for suspension of studies (application form) with the Major Programme on or before 21 April 2023 (i.e. the last Friday of this teaching term).  No students can apply for suspension of studies after the last teaching day, unless they have very special circumstances that affect the submission of the application during the term.
