To avoid large-crowd gathering under the pandemic situation in collection of the certificate on campus, graduates are encouraged to use an online application system under CUSIS that will open on 19 November 2020 to request the University to send the certificate by Speedpost. Detailed arrangements are available in the homepage of Registration and Examinations Section. The fee for delivery of degree certificate (Speedpost) is as follows. Mainland and other Asian countries / regions HK $200
Other countries HK $300
The normal processing time is 3 - 5 working days upon receipt of the application. For the estimated delivery time by Speedpost, please refer to the website of Speedpost (https://speedpost.hongkongpost.hk/speedpost/index.jsf?&lang=en_US). Graduates who wish to use other courier services instead of Speedpost should collect the certificate by authorization following the information listed in (3) and make their own arrangements for other courier services.
