• If students would like to include academic results of 1st term 2025-26 on transcripts, please submit the applications after 8 January 2026.  For applications submitted on or before 8 January 2026, “IP”(In-progress) will be shown for the course(s) taken in 1st term.

•  For students graduating in 1st term 2025-26, the class of honours will be shown on their transcripts and letters of certification starting from 11 March 2026, except for some special cases whose results have not been finalized.

(Applicants should check the application progress via “View Application Status” of the relevant functions under MyCUHK. Individual enquiry on application progress will not be entertained. Please refer to FAQ first before sending other enquiries.)
