Dear Students,
This email serves as a reminder on the above subject. Immediate action is required by the deadline listed below if you wish to submit application(s):
| (a) | Late Course Add/Drop (application deadline: 11:59 p.m. on 4 April 2026) |

If you have genuine needs and justifications to late add / late drop any course(s), you MUST submit the application on CUSIS by the above specified deadline. Late application will NOT be entertained. |

| (b) | Suspension of Studies for 2nd term 2025-26 (application deadline: 17 April 2026) |
|
Students with special reasons (e.g. health problems, mental health issues) that affect their academic progress in this 2nd term 2025-26 and would like to apply for suspension of studies MUST complete this application form and submit to their Major Programme on or before 17 April 2026 (i.e. the last Friday of this teaching term). Late application will NOT be accepted. |
