Information on Teaching Timetable 2026-27

Information on “Full-time Undergraduate Teaching Timetable 2026-27” has been uploaded onto CUSIS.  Please pay attention to the following:

1.      Teaching Timetable

To check the timetable information, please logon CUSIS, select the relevant term (e.g., 2026-27 Term 1) and use any one of the following system functions listed in CUSIS:

(i)　  Class Search

(ii)　 Browse Course Catalog

(iii)　Teaching Timetable by Subject/Department

By using system function (iii), students can enquire BOTH course registration information and teaching timetable information at the same time. However, please note that course registration data (e.g. add/drop consent, reserved quota, etc.) will only be uploaded to CUSIS in early August 2026. Students may also check information on remaining quotas, if applicable, for each class by using system function (iii) during course registration period.

2.      Teaching Venues/Classrooms

Students may refer to this website for checking the abbreviation codes of the buildings (e.g. WMY = Wu Ho Man Yuen Building) where the classrooms are located.

3.     Updates to the Teaching Timetable

The teaching timetable information will be updated periodically, i.e., every Tuesday and Friday until 11 August 2026 for the 1st term teaching timetable. If any amendments are made after course registration has started, course offering departments/units have to inform students who have already registered the class about the updates. Please observe emails/notices from the departments/units.
