Dear Students,

The Undergraduate Examinations Board has considered and approved on 10 July 2026 the graduation results* of 2nd term 2025-26. Please note the followings:

1.	Graduation Results
	Students who can graduate may enquire their degree honours classification at this webpage: https://www.res.cuhk.edu.hk/graduates/ from 15 July to 14 August 2026. Their degree conferment date will be 31 July 2026. For students who are now taking courses in the Summer Session and/or with pending grades/documents/records, their graduation results will be released in mid-August 2026 or at a later date, depending on the fulfilment of conditions for graduation. Their degree conferment date will be 15 October 2026. Students who cannot graduate will receive an e-mail notification from RES in due course and should register courses to fulfil the requirements in the next academic term/year.
2.	Letter of Certification and Academic Transcript
	A letter of certification and a copy of the academic transcript will be sent to the HOME ADDRESS of students who can graduate by mail starting from around 24 July 2026.
3.	Collection of Degree Certificates
	The degree certificates will be available for collection from 10 August 2026. Details have been announced at this webpage: https://www.res.cuhk.edu.hk/graduates/collection-of-degree-certificates/.
4.	CUHK e-Certification System
	The CUHK e-Certification System in CUSIS will be ready for use by graduates with degree conferment date 31 July 2026 with effect from 6 August 2026. Graduates can share an authentic electronic copy of their degree certificate with third parties using this free service if electronic verification of degree certificate is accepted by the named third party.
